Vlisco Ambassador Nigeria 2018 is Dr Yolanda George-David. Her passion to make a difference and her natural ability to inspire others is what distinguishes her.

Though her work spans various fields of life – she’s a neurosurgeon, businesswoman and a public speaker just to name a few. What stands out the most is her work with the Aunt Landa Bethel Foundation (ALBF), situated in the capital city of Nigeria. The foundation is committed to improving humanity and livelihood of the underprivileged through training, rehabilitation programs, financial aids and grants as well as teenager and women empowerment.

As an ambassador who is everything the brand stands for, Dr Yolanda hopes to continue inspiring and empowering women by involving Vlisco into her already existing charities. “Yes, in their lows we aim to lift them high, and in reaching their goals, we’ll lift them even higher”, she stated.”
